Most of our items are near mint to mint in condition. Any flaws or damage will be clearly stated under Item Description. What is the quality of the photo? We are careful to choose high quality and high resolution images. We also have them professionally printed in a lab on Fuji or Kodak paper. When we are rushed for time or a celebrity makes an unscheduled appearance, we may have to use a high quality professional printer photo. If so, we will state this clearly under Item Description. How are items packaged? All 8x10 photographs, playbills & similar items are packaged securely using a rigid top loader, stiff cardboard, a water proof poly mailer THEN placed into a stiff Cardboard Envelope. All CDs and Books are prepackaged in Bubble Wrap THEN placed into a Cardboard Envelope. 11x14 photographs are shipped in a box to ensure safe delivery. Posters are rolled and shipped in rigid cardboard tubes. All Pops are bubble wrapped and then placed in a rigid cardboard box.
